Richard heads the regional Personal Injury team at Ashtons Legal and specialises in traumatic brain injury claims for both adults and minors. He is passionate about the importance and benefits of extensive early private rehabilitation following catastrophic injury, and the positive effects that this can have on the eventual outcome for his clients. He has a reputation for taking on and winning complex cases which other solicitors have turned away or failed to progress.
Richard is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and recognised as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is on the Steering Committee of the Essex Acquired Brain Injury Forum (EABIF), and is a Trustee of Suffolk Headway and of Citizens Advice Felixstowe.
